Occupation: General Counsel- Honasa Consumer Ltd.
Ankita Sharma is a seasoned Legal and Regulatory leader with over 12 years of experience in the FMCG sector. As Associate Vice President – Legal at Honasa Consumer Ltd., she manages the in-house legal function for India’s fastest-growing personal care brands including Mamaearth, The Derma Co., Aqualogica, Ayuga, Bblunt, Dr. Sheth’s and Staze.
Her expertise spans complex commercial transactions, compliance, intellectual property, data protection, e-commerce laws, and dispute resolution through litigations and arbitrations. She also serves on the Consumer Complaints Council at the Advertising Standards Council of India, promoting ethical advertising practices. Recognized with awards like the Marico Values Award, CXO Award, Honasa Scotch Award, Avengers Award, and the General Counsel Hall of Fame, Ankita combines legal excellence with business impact.
Ajay Raghav
Occupation: Senior Software Engineer- Tenable Network Security, Inc.
Ajay Raghav is a Senior Software Engineer at Tenable, specializing in developing secure and innovative software solutions. A graduate of IIT Guwahati, he combines technical excellence with a passion for problem-solving.
Previously, Ajay worked at Société Générale, leading the design and implementation of systems for finance and risk management. His expertise spans building high-performance applications, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing processes. Ajay brings valuable industry insights and a commitment to excellence to the Sapiens Advisory Board, guiding innovation and growth.

Dr. Aekta Upadhyay
Occupation: CEO Founder – Evenat Consultancy
Dr. Aekta Upadhyay is a scientist and entrepreneur specializing in natural skincare formulations. With a PhD from IIT Bombay and more than ten years of R&D experience, she blends scientific rigor with market-driven innovation.
Having founded a startup and worked internationally in France, she offers a global perspective and deep industry insight. Dr. Aekta excels at leading projects from concept to production, translating advanced research into effective products. Her expertise and entrepreneurial spirit make her a valuable asset to the Sapiens Advisory Board.
